Tracadie Pond Hockey Tournament – January 19 to 25, 2026

The long-awaited Tracadie Pond Hockey Tournament makes its big comeback for its 13th edition, taking place January 19 to 25, 2026, in Tracadie.

As part of the Winter Carnival, this tournament has become a true winter tradition in the region, bringing together hockey enthusiasts every year from across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and the Gaspé Peninsula.
The Tracadie Pond Hockey Tournament stands out as one of the largest outdoor hockey tournaments in Atlantic Canada.

Teams can register in one of seven categories: Competitive, Recreational, Women’s, Boys’ Interschool, Girls’ Interschool, 40+ Competitive, 40+ Recreational, and Boot Hockey.
The winning team in the Competitive category will have its name engraved on the prestigious Telus Cup, a symbol of excellence and local pride.

or by visiting Tracadie Town Hall directly.
The registration deadline is January 10, 2025.

Municipal Council, with the support of a strong administration, works diligently to maintain and improve the quality of life of its fellow citizens. We are happy to say that people return to Tracadie. Statistics show we are one of the few places in northern New Brunswick experiencing a growth in population. That says a lot about the quality of life in this municipality.
